Coffee & Citrus Fundraiser

Dear Hellgate Band Families!
Our winter fundraiser is here! We’re happy to
announce two new partnerships this year – DRUM
Coffee and Charlie’s Produce. The proceeds from
each student’s sales will be deposited into
their band account to be used for future HHS band
travel – like to New Orleans spring of 2025!

PRODUCTS & PRICING:

• Specialty Drum Coffee KAK Blend – $15 per
  12 oz bag
• Fancy oranges or grapefruit – $57 per 40 lb
  box, $37 per 20 lb box (1/2 case)
• Mandarin oranges – $18 per 5 lb bag

DETAILS:

• Order forms will be sent home with students on
  Tuesday, November 21. Need an extra form? Look for the links to the right >>
• Order forms and payment for all orders must be
  turned in to the HHS band room by December 5.
• Please make checks payable to Hellgate Band.
• Coffee will be sent home with students prior to
  winter break.
• Citrus will be delivered to HHS
  around the second week in January. (Citrus will not be ready before winter break)
• Students, it will be your responsibility to distribute your orders of
  coffee and citrus.
