May 5 or 6: State Music Festival at UM

May 17, 7PM: Pops Concert

May 19, 6:00-7:30 PM:  outdoor Jazz Band show at the Big Dipper Ice Cream

May 24, 7:00PM: Final Band Concert! Concert Attire:  Red band shirt, nice dress pants/khakis

May 25, 5:45PM: Band Awards Banquet and Potluck Dinner:  for all band families

May 26: Return entire band uniform with garment bag

May 28 and 29, 7:45 AM – 12:00 PM:  Earn money working Rockin’ Rudy’s. Sign up for shifts in band room.

May 31, 6:00-7:30 PM:  Big Dipper Ice Cream Outdoor Concert for all band students. We’ll all play flip-folder/pep/drumline pop tunes together. Ice cream and the whole Hellgate Band – you don’t wanna miss it!

June 9, All-State Audition audio recordings are due
